severable

1.The provisions of this contract of employment are severable and separate, and the unenforceability of any specific covenant shall not affect the provisions of any other covenant.

2.If any provision is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severable and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
