Neoplasms have rarely been reported in lesions of lupus erythematosus (LE) and have included basal cell carcinoma (BCC), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and atypical fibroxanthoma.
A " bcc: " is when you're going to send another copy of your message, but you're not indicating to the primary person that you are sending a copy to this other person.
So, for example, if you reply to someone, you want to send it to a third person – that's using the " CC" or if you don't want anyone to know who you are sending it to, you can " BCC."
That's why we say it's " blind." " To be blind" means to be unable to see, so " bcc: " is when you are sending a copy of something that other people who receive the message aren't aware of.
